Manhole and Lift Station Rehabilitation
Where other coating products failed, Warren's high performance epoxy proves to be an effective solution for a local municipality
Northwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility (NWRWRF) had a series of new manholes lined with a competitor’s protective coating. The original coating failed, causing the manholes to suffer from extreme corrosion. NWRWRF needed a product that would work.
A&W Maintenance was contracted to reline the manholes and rehabilitate the facility’s lift station with our 301-14 high performance epoxy. The A&W crew sandblasted the manholes to remove the failed coating, followed by water blasting and acid etching. For each manhole, they rebuilt their four-foot diameter benches using brick and epoxy. The team applied a minimum of 250 mils of epoxy to all structures.
Our 301-14 epoxy provided a proven structural and corrosion-resistant coating to NWRWRF, saving them significant money on future repairs.
