Epoxy Liner Used on a Stormwater Culvert
Warren's epoxy coating system was sprayed on a stormwater culvert. Our epoxy rehabilitated the culvert and stopped further infiltration of oil-contaminated groundwater from entering.

Joint Rehabilitation with Warren Environmental
Warren Environmental installed flexible epoxy joint seals in an aqueduct for the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District in Layton, Utah. A total of 350 48" and 60" joints were prepped, coated, and inspected within two weeks.
Epoxy Spot Repair on a 60″ Pipe
Video shows Warren Environmental's team conducting spot repairs on a 60" pipe in Andover.
Epoxy Lining of a Steel Force Main
Warren's epoxy was sprayed to a 42" steel force main pipe, for the Irondequoit Pump Station in New York. Watch as our epoxy 301 is applied in a single, high build application without any drips, sags, or runs. Small holes and dips were filled and smoothed out in one pass.
Epoxy Lined Manhole Rehabilitation
Warren environmental 100% solids, zero VOC, structural lining system is shown being applied to a manhole and manhole invert. Warren routinely coats the invert to create a vacuum tight seal against infiltration and exfiltration. The patented spray system uses no volatile thinners making is a safe product to use in confined spaces.
Flume Rehabilitation in Tasmania
Warren's epoxy was used to line and rehabilitate a flume that had significant erosion due to freezing and thawing within the mountains of Tasmania, Australia. Warren Environmental's epoxy was the only tested epoxy coating system to hold up under the severe environmental conditions that the structure was subjected to.
Warren Rehabilitates Amtrak Subway Tunnel
In 2003, Warren's epoxy was sprayed on a severely deteriorated section of Amtrack's subway tunnel which was beneath the East River. The tunnel suffered from heavy infiltration and was subject to high hydrostatic pressure and loading.
Epoxy Pipe Rehabilitation
See our approved applicators use a combination of spin casting and spray applications to rehabilitate a deteriorating pipe.
Epoxy Lined Raw Water Clarifier
Warren Environmental's approved applicators spray our 301 epoxy to a Water Treatment Plant Clarifier in Bethlehem, New York. Bethlehem's clarifier has been in service for over eight years with annual inspections. There have been no signs of corrosion detected to date.
Ideal for Wet or Damp Surfaces
Warren's epoxy has the unique ability to adhere to wet or damp surfaces, allowing pipes or structures to be drained, lined, and put back into service. This feature is something very few epoxy coating products, if any, are capable of.
Warren Epoxy Removal
Our epoxies are strong, flexible, and extremely adhesive. Watch as a worker removes our epoxy test patch at 40,000 psi!
Self-Leveling Flowable Epoxy System
Video shows Warren Environmental's ability to regrade a gravity pipe that was installed backward using a flowable epoxy fill.
19 Year Inspection – DeKalb County, Georgia Manhole
DeKalb County, Georgia's Water and Sewer Division selected Warren Environmental's epoxy coating system to rehabilitate hundreds of failing manholes within their sewer system. Warren's epoxy helped the County prevent billions of gallons of groundwater from entering their system, saving them a significant amount of money over the years. In September of 2019, 19 years later, Mystic Consulting and Inspection Services reinspected the manholes. The inspection revealed that our epoxy coating was in great condition. The video shows the pull test results at 910 PSI and the failure being due to the dollie glue. We love to share these results as it's a testament to how well our product works and what our customers should expect when using our epoxies.
Six-Year Inspection of an Epoxy Lined Culvert
Project Manager, Max Silva and Technical Manager, Phil Warren conduct a six-year inspection of a Warren epoxy lined culvert in Duxbury, Massachusetts. The structure was severely deteriorated with the largest area of separation between the section being between two and a half inches. This video demonstrates our epoxy's ability to be sprayed up to a half inch in a single coat and its extreme resistance to structural deterioration. As you will see, the culvert underwent multiple thaw cycles and movement each year but shows no signs of cracking or delamination.
Large Diameter Sewer Pipe Inspection
Inspection of a 60-inch diameter pipe lined with Warren Environmental's epoxy in 1997.
Eight-Year Inspection of Epoxy Lined Manhole
Severely deteriorated brick manholes were rehabilitated with Warren Environmental's epoxy in 2004. The video shows the inspection of the manholes in 2012. Each was shown to be in perfect condition with no cracking, flakes, or signs of infiltration.
Manhole Adhesion Test
Warren Environmental's epoxies are abrasion, chemical, and corrosion resistant, as well as strong, flexible, and extremely adhesive. The video demonstrates our epoxy's superior adhesion to substrates. Adhesion test was performed on a rehabilitated manhole in Victor Valley, California. The manhole was lined two days prior and shows that the dollie withstood over 1,000 psi.
