Solutions
Safe and effective epoxy coatings for all environments.
An independent study by the University of Pittsburgh found that Warren Environmental epoxy coatings can add over 75 years of service life to infrastructure, in active sewer conditions.
Ours are the only epoxy linings on the market that can be spray applied in one coat up to 500 mils and have been proven safe for workers, residents, potable water systems, and aquatic life.
We make every blend with 100% solid integrity.
Extends Lifespan
In one coat, our structural epoxies can add approximately 75 years of new life to most infrastructures, even in active sewer conditions (estimated by the University of Pittsburg in an independent study.)
Single Coat
We are the only company whose epoxy can be spray applied in one coat up to 500 mils (½-inch thick). This minimizes immediate downtime and disruption, allowing for a rapid return to service. It also eliminates the risk of delamination associated with all our competitors’ multi-layer systems.
Aquatic Safe
Our products have no adverse short or long-term impacts on marine life. In fact, our epoxy is the only one on the market that has a 100% survival rate in rigorous laboratory testing.
Structural
Our epoxies enhance the physical condition of the host structure, allowing us to quickly restore its structural capacity. In a study performed by the University of Arlington, our epoxy increased the pressure required to crush 24-inch concrete pipe by up to 133%.
Barrier Coating
Our epoxies protect substrates from corrosives, microbial attack, abrasives, sewer gases, and more, making them an ideal solution to protect and extend the life expectancy of a broad range of assets.
Superior Adhesion
Our epoxies are exceptional in their ability to adhere to aluminum, concrete, brick, steel, iron, fiberglass, PVC, HDPE, and nearly every substrate even under damp, wet, or humid conditions.
Proven Since 1996
We invented the first application system capable of spraying 100% solid epoxy, with no harmful solvents or thinners. Our oldest installations from the early 1990s are still in service and still in excellent condition today.

For potable water contact
Potable Water
100% solids. Non-hazardous. Coat your potable water system to prevent cracks, leaks, and leaching of contaminants into your drinking water.
Learn moreStormwater
Our structural epoxies protect and rehabilitate stormwater systems while preventing hazardous materials like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) from leaching into the storm water runoff.
Learn moreWastewater
Our epoxy coatings are highly resistant to H2S and other wastewater conditions. One coat can stop inflow and infiltration (I&I) while adding decades of structural integrity.
Learn moreFood/Beverage
Minimize downtime and maintenance costs while getting the most service life out of your plant assets with our long-lasting epoxy coating system.
Learn moreMining
Abrasion and chemical resistant, Warren Environmental manufactures a variety of products uniquely suited for severe environments associated with extraction and refining.
Learn moreNaval
We developed our products to combat corrosion, making them ideal for protecting and repairing US military vessels operating in the harshest marine environments.

75 more high-performing years?
Save millions of dollars versus other rehabilitation methods.
Dramatically reduce downtime during application (in one timesaving coat) and throughout your asset’s extended lifespan – it will perform like new, reducing the need for repairs.
Protect your workers, surrounding communities, and the environment by choosing a non-hazardous epoxy that is safe for use near aquatic life and for a variety of systems, including potable water.
